Parents' Tea Morning
Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 – Parents’ Tea Morning
We are delighted to begin our termly parental engagement activities with our much-anticipated Parents’ Tea Morning—a warm and interactive gathering designed to strengthen the important partnership between home and school.
This informal yet highly informative session provides parents with a valuable opportunity to connect with their children’s teachers in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It is a chance to learn more about what happens beyond the classroom, understand how our teachers approach learning, and gain meaningful insight into the academic, social, and personal development of your child.
During the session, parents will have the opportunity to meet and interact with members of the teaching team, learn about the teaching methods and learning approaches being used across the different year groups, and gain a clearer understanding of the expectations for pupils throughout the term. Teachers will also share useful information about classroom routines, homework, assessment, behaviour, and ways parents can support learning effectively at home.
Most importantly, the Parents’ Tea Morning creates an open platform for questions, conversations, and constructive feedback. Parents will be able to discuss their child’s educational journey, seek clarification on areas of concern, and better understand how the school and family can work together to ensure every child receives the guidance, encouragement, and support they need to thrive.
We believe that strong communication between parents and teachers is essential to a child’s success. When home and school work together, children feel more supported, confident, and motivated in their learning.
We therefore warmly encourage all parents to attend and take advantage of this important opportunity to connect with our teachers, share ideas, ask questions, and start the new term with a clear and positive understanding of your child’s learning journey.
Your presence matters, your partnership makes a difference, and together, we can make this term a rewarding and successful one for every child.
